Senior bios and superlative voting can be done NOW!!! Use the link to the right to do both online. The bio must be written in paragraph form exactly as you want it in the yearbook. It may need to be edited for lenght if it's too long. Superlatives need to be completed by Wednesday at 3:00 so we can tally the winners and announce them at the pep rally on Friday! If you have any questions, see Mr. Ellis.

This letter was sent home with the seniors this week: A version of this letter was mailed in June, but I wanted to follow up. As the yearbook advisor, I wanted to send you a letter to inform you about a few things that you need to know for senior portraits and senior ads. Prestige Portraits (Lifetouch) is our “official” senior portrait photographer and you must use their formal photo for the yearbook selection. Everyone was scheduled for a formal portrait over the summer and there has already been one makeup day. If you didn’t receive information or couldn’t make both days, the LAST makeup day is September 12th. Those who were not photographed have been given an appointment. If you didn’t receive one or don’t remember when it is, please contact me as soon as possible. We can only use their COLOR photo of seniors in a black tuxedo or a black drape for the yearbook formal. The background MUST be blue and it may not have any props (rose, diploma, cap and gown, etc.). Please make sure that there is a photo that you like that meets these requirements BEFORE you leave your portrait sitting! You can also submit a casual photo for the yearbook. Prestige does offer these, but you can also use other photographers, see a list of preferred photographers below. All senior portraits, formals and casuals, must be submitted by October 12th. You will make your formal selection online through the Prestige website and you will receive instructions from them with your proofs. If you use another photographer for your casual, they can email your photo or send it in on a cd. You may also be interested in a senior recognition ad. On the back of this page is an order form for your convenience. The deadline to reserve an ad space is September 28th and all photos and text must be turned in at that time. Ad payments are not refundable after September 28th. If you order your full-page ad by August 31st, you will get a free yearbook! You still have until the end of September to submit the ad materials, but the ad must be paid for by 8/31 to receive a free book. SEE MR. ELLIS FOR A COPY OF THE LETTER AND SENIOR AD ORDER FORM
